Key Responsibilities

* Assist chefs with daily food preparation and cooking tasks.

* Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, cleaning meat, and portioning items.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

* Store food items properly and monitor stock rotation

* Help in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.

* Support senior chefs during busy service periods.

* Report equipment issues or shortages to supervisors.

* Work cooperatively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
