📝 Key Responsibilities
🔥 Commi III - Hot Kitchen
✔️ Assist in the preparation and cooking of hot kitchen items under the guidance of senior chefs
✔️ Support daily food production activities and kitchen operations
✔️ Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
✔️ Follow recipes and preparation procedures accurately
🥗 Commi III - Cold Kitchen
✔️ Assist in preparing salads, sandwiches, appetizers, and buffet items
✔️ Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients and finished products
✔️ Support food preparation for restaurant and catering operations
✔️ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen section
🍰 Commi III - Pastry
✔️ Assist in preparing cakes, desserts, pastries, and bakery products
✔️ Support pastry chefs in decorating and finishing products
✔️ Follow recipes and quality standards consistently
✔️ Maintain hygiene and cleanliness within the pastry section
📋 Requirements
✔️ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, bakery, or catering operation
✔️ Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
✔️ Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
✔️ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
✔️ Good teamwork and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
⭐ Additional Advantages
🍽️ Experience in outdoor catering operations
🌍 Exposure to Sri Lankan and International cuisine
🎓 Culinary training or hospitality-related qualifications
📦 Basic knowledge of stock handling and ingredient storage
