🍳 Key Responsibilities
🔪 Assist in food preparation and cooking as per kitchen standards
🍽️ Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes
🧹 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
📦 Support stock handling and storage of ingredients
👨🍳 Work closely with senior chefs and follow instructions
⚡ Assist during busy service hours to ensure smooth operations
✅ Requirements
👨🍳 Relevant experience as Commi I, II, or III in a hotel or restaurant
🍴 Experience in a busy kitchen environment
📋 Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
🧑🤝🧑 Ability to work as part of a team
⏰ Ability to work under pressure
⭐ Additional Advantage
🌍 Experience in Sri Lankan and International cuisine
🍝 Knowledge of Italian dishes such as pasta and lasagna
🎓 Qualifications
📘 Professional culinary training or relevant experience will be an advantage
