🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Assist in food preparation and cooking under senior chefs
• Prepare ingredients (cutting, chopping, marinating, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Follow recipes and kitchen standards strictly
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Support team during busy service hours
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements (Sri Lanka Suitable)
✅ Commi I
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a hotel/restaurant kitchen
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food presentation
• Ability to handle a specific section independently
✅ Commi II
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a kitchen environment
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking
• Willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field
🔹 General Requirements
• G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification
• Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality (preferred)
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Basic English knowledge (Tamil/Sinhala is an advantage)
• Good hygiene and professional attitude
