We are looking for a skilled and reliable Commis 2 Chef to join our kitchen team.

Cuisines:

Sri Lankan (rice & curry, kottu, hoppers, short eats)

Chinese (wok dishes, stir-fry, sauces, deep-fry)

Requirements:

Previous experience in Sri Lankan and/or Chinese food preparation

Basic knife skills and knowledge of mise en place

Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety

Team player, punctual, able to work under pressure

💰 Salary: LKR 90,000 – 110,000 (based on experience and trial)
