🎯 𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒
* TTL Campaigns: Execute high-impact graphic design and video edits for Through-the-Line (TTL) marketing campaigns.
* Ad Creatives: Design high-converting creatives for Google Display Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
* Video Production: Produce high-retention short-form (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) and long-form video content with strong storytelling, motion graphics, audio sync, and kinetic subtitles.
* Post-Production: Handle color grading, audio cleanup, and visual enhancements for broadcast-ready outputs.
* Brand Identity: Maintain strict brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and international client deliverables.
* Deadline Management: Manage multiple client workflows simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
⚡ 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
* Agency Background: Minimum 1–2 years of proven creative/advertising agency experience handling fast-paced campaign deliverables.
* TTL & Performance Marketing: In-depth knowledge of TTL marketing, digital funnels, and performance-driven ad creative strategies.
* Platform Mastery: Strong grasp of aspect ratios, formats, and creative guidelines for Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube.
* Software Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) & tools like DaVinci Resolve / CapCut.
* Deadline-Driven: Excellent time management with the ability to thrive under pressure.
* Portfolio Mandatory: A solid portfolio or showreel showcasing graphic design, ad creatives, and edited video projects is strictly required.
