👤 Requirements

✔Age between 20 – 40 years

✔Minimum 3 months of collection experience (finance industry experience preferred)

✔G.C.E. O/L completed

✔A/L, Diploma, or HND will be an added advantage

✔Strong communication and customer handling skills

✔Good negotiation and problem-solving ability

✔Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

✔Male and female candidates are welcome

💰 Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: LKR 45,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)

Attendance Allowance: LKR 5,000

Monthly Incentives: LKR 10,000 – 50,000

🌟 Top performers can earn up to LKR 135,000+ per month

💸 Overtime pay for working on holidays

⏰ Working Hours

✔Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

✔Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
