Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced À La Carte Chef who can prepare high-quality Sri Lankan and Chinese dishes for a busy restaurant. The ideal candidate should be fast, consistent, and able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook à la carte menu items (Sri Lankan & Chinese cuisine)
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
• Manage kitchen operations during service hours
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Follow food safety standards at all times
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan and Chinese cuisine
• Ability to handle high-pressure kitchen operations
• Good time management and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
