Job Description

* Preparing specific food items and meal components in the Hot Range

* Liaising with the Restaurant Manager.

* Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food and service.

* Keeping the kitchen safe and sanitary.

* Stocktaking and ordering supplies

* Coasting and ensuring profitability of the food sales

* Improving food preparation methods based on customer feedback.

* Contributing to the enhancement of overall management of the restaurant

Qualifications & experience

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Qualification from a culinary school.

* *Past experience working in a similar role for minimum of 3 years*

* Ability to work well in a team.

* Excellent listening and communication skills.

* Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.

* Passion for delivering great food and service.

* Multitasking and organizational ability.

* Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays.
