Job Responsibilities

Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.

Process cash, card, and digital transactions.

Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges when required.

Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and prepare daily cash reports.

Assist customers with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Support store operations and coordinate with other team members when necessary.

Requirements

Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.

Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.

Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
