ARTESIA is looking for a reliable, well-spoken Shop Associate to join our boutique team.

This role is for someone who enjoys fashion, likes working with people, and takes responsibility seriously.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with styling and purchases

• Handle billing and basic cash/card transactions

• Pack and process online orders (morning hours)

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual order

• Support basic social media content (simple posts/reels)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 9.00 AM – 7.00 PM

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred

• Good communication skills (Sinhala & basic English)

• Interest in fashion and retail

• Punctual, honest, and dependable

• Prior retail experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Salary

• LKR 35,000 – 55,000 (sales commission)
