Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers in selecting pastries, cakes, and bakery items
• Handle billing and prepare invoices accurately
• Operate POS system / cashier duties
• Maintain cleanliness and display of the shop
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Requirements
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (for billing/invoicing)
• Friendly and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience is an advantage (but not required)
