Servisco Enterprises (Pvt) L td is looking for a confident and target-driven Call Centre Sales Executive to promote our professional cleaning services and convert customer inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls.

* Promote cleaning services and packages.

* Follow up on leads and confirm bookings.

* Prepare quotations and maintain customer records.

* Coordinate with customers and operations teams.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**

* Experience in tele sales, customer service, or call center operations is preferred.

* Ability to confidently promote services and close sales over the telephone.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Fluency in Sinhala and English

* Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.

* Positive attitude and ability to work under targets.

* Male or female, aged 20–60 years

* Previous sales or customer service experience
