We Are Looking For:

▪️Male / Female ( Age Below 25 )

▪️Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Sinhala & Tamil

▪️Pleasant and professional phone etiquette

▪️Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently

▪️Strong organization and multitasking skills

▪️Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

▪️Basic computer literacy

▪️Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

▪️Prior experience in call centers, customer support, or sales assistance is a plus

▪️Knowledge of home cinema, AV systems, or IT products is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Receive and respond to inbound calls and messages

▪️Assist customers with product inquiries, quotations, and follow ups

▪️Coordinate with the sales and installation teams

▪️Ensure professional representation of the Luxury Cinema brand at all times

▪️Achieve customer satisfaction goals and assist in sales support
