We are looking for energetic and responsible individuals to join our team as Call Centre Agents for a Tamil call centre.

Gender: Male / Female

Requirements:

Age below 25 years

Passed GCE O/L and sat for GCE A/L in any stream

Fluent in Tamil (Speaking and understanding)

Basic knowledge of English and Sinhala will be an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email, etc.)

Ability to handle customer inquiries politely and professionally

Willing to work in a team environment

Living in Malabe or nearby areas will be preferred

Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and provide accurate information

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Maintain call records and update customer information

Provide excellent customer service
