Call Centre Agent
We are looking for dynamic and energetic individuals for the position of Customer Care Executive in Colombo 01.
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in Colombo 10
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous call centre experience will be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide accurate information to customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Follow company procedures and service standards
• Coordinate with relevant departments when required
