Call Center Agent (work from Home – Sri Lanka)

We Are Looking for A Call Center Agent to Work Remotely from Home in Sri Lanka for Our Australian-Based Rideshare (taxi) Company.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle Calls from Customers and Drivers

Assist Drivers with Signup and Document Verification

Provide Customer Support and Resolve Issues

Use System/control Panel for Daily Operations

Requirements:

Passed Gce A/l

Fluent in English

Basic Computer Knowledge

Good Communication Skills

Other:

Previous Call Center Experience Is an Advantage (not Essential)

Must Have a Stable Internet Connection and A Quiet Environment
