Duties and Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Act as a key contact between the Marketing team and customers, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
Address customer inquiries related to operations, logistics, billing, and services.
Document interactions and follow up on pending customer issues.
Collaborate with internal departments for quick and effective issue resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting call handling targets.
Requirements
Should have at-least 01 year experience in a customer relations, coordination or similar role
Experience in a call center or customer service role is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
Proficiency in Sinhala and English is essential; Tamil language skills are an added advantage.
