Business Operations Manager

We are opening a new premium wellness space in Ahangama.

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced local manager to join the project from the early stages and work closely with the general manager throughout the development and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

* Assisting with daily management and operations

* Coordinating staff and supporting team organization

* Supervising cleanliness, housekeeping, and overall standards

* Helping manage the space and maintain smooth workflow

* Supporting project development and opening processes

* Communicating with team members and helping solve operational tasks

* Housekeeping of the space

Requirements:

* Local candidate only

* Previous experience in hotel, villa, spa, or hospitality management

* Minimum 2 years of management experience (more is a strong advantage)

* Strong responsibility and organizational skills

* Ability to work in a fast-growing project

* Good communication and leadership skills

* English speaking
