Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and collection targets by identifying new customers, securing orders, and monitoring performance by product, category, and brand
Plan daily routes and prepare all required documents to ensure efficient customer visits and accurate record-keeping
Provide after-sales service, maintain strong customer relationships, collect market feedback, and ensure proper product display standards
Maintain company assets, including the motorcycle, mobile phone, and tablet, while keeping accurate daily vehicle logs
Demonstrate professionalism at all times by maintaining a smart appearance, adhering to company policies, and continuously improving product knowledge
Requirements:
Age: 20–35 years
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience
G.C.E. (O/L) qualification
Valid driving license (assumed, as motorcycle is provided)
Willingness to travel within assigned territories (Kandy, Kurunegala, Anuradhapura, Colombo)
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
