Responsibilities:
1.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
2.Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
3.Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
4.Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
5.Support implementation of new systems or processes and provide user training.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
2.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
3.Experience with data analysis tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
4.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5.1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role preferred.
