5–8 years of experience in automotive dealership operations or branch management.
Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
Proven record in achieving sales targets and improving operational performance.
Knowledge of 3S operations (Sales, Service & Spare Parts), customer service and team management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
