【~】✪ 🔹Take overall ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of assigned DEX branches under the assigned region.
【~】✪ 🔹Provide direction and support to Branch Supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.
【~】✪ 🔹Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly regional performance reports.
【~】✪ 🔹Participate in operational review meetings and present branch performance Ensuring management decisions and operational initiatives are effectively cascaded and implemented at branch level
【~】✪ 🔹Take overall accountability for achieving assigned regional operational KPIs.
【~】✪ 🔹Analyze operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, productivity gaps, performance deviations and take corrective actions.
【~】✪ 🔹Ensure consistent implementation of DEX SOPs, operational controls, and compliance requirements across all branches.
【~】✪ 🔹Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment requirements in coordination with management and HR.
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ 🔹Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
【~】✪ 🔹3–4 years of experience in logistics, courier, last-mile delivery, transportation, warehouse, or branch operations.
【~】✪ 🔹Proven experience managing multiple branches or operational locations.
【~】✪ 🔹Experience managing field teams, delivery riders or large operational teams.
【~】✪ 🔹Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and operational KPIs.
【~】✪ 🔹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
【~】✪ 🔹Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
【~】✪ 🔹Strong knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting/analysis.
【~】✪ 🔹Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume operational environment.
