Candidate Profile:
• Male candidates, age below 40 years, preferred in the Anuradhapura area.
• A degree from a university or professional qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of management-level experience in branch operations, recovery, marketing and customer service at a reputed financial institution.
• Excellent leadership, management skills and ability to motivate and facilitate staff.
• A dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet company objectives and goals.
