What you’ll do
Supervise and manage day-to-day branch operations
Overlooking Accounts Receivable (AR) and handling Clients/ Customer base
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities (dispatch, delivery, receiving)
Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve targets
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to service standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
Coordinate with head office and other branches for smooth operations
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising a branch preferably in branch operations (Logistics)
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
Sound knowledge of logistics processes
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office handling
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
