We are a leading vehicle repair and maintenance company in Biyagama, providing high-quality services for all types of vehicles. We are expanding our Bodyshop Division (Denting & Painting Unit) and are seeking experienced, energetic, and result-oriented professionals to join our team.
Job Role
Responsible for handling insurance claims, approvals, documentation, and coordination between insurance companies and Bodyshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle all insurance claims related to accident repairs.
• Prepare and submit estimates, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance surveyors and assessors.
• Follow up claim approvals and settlement processes.
• Maintain insurance claim records and files.
• Ensure compliance with insurance procedures.
• Coordinate with Bodyshop Manager for claim execution.
Qualifications
• 2–5 years’ experience in insurance coordination or automotive claims handling.
• Knowledge of motor insurance processes is essential.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• MS Office proficiency required.
Attractive salary package will be offered depending on qualifications & experience.
Working Hours Monday to Saturday 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM
Applicants must reside in Biyagama, Kelaniya, Kiribathgoda, Kaduwela areas.
Leave Days: Sunday & Poya day
