DIO SCOOTY BIKE ENGINE FULL REPAIR
1. Engine Dismantled
They opened the full engine - crankcase, cylinder head, CVT, stator, everything.
2. Main Parts Checked
- Piston & Cylinder - Checking for wear, smoke, low compression
- Valves - Grinding/lapping to stop oil leak and smoke
- Crankshaft & Bearings - Checking for noise/vibration
- CVT System - Clutch, variator, belt housing cleaned
- Stator Coil & Flywheel - For charging and starting
3. Replaced Parts Usually:
- Piston rings / Piston kit
- Gaskets and seals
- Engine oil
- Maybe bearings and valve seals
4. Cleaning & Assembly
They cleaned everything and are reassembling with RTV silicone to prevent oil leaks.
