🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
• Handle basic cashiering and order taking
• Ensure proper stock handling and inventory control
• Follow food safety and quality standards
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements (Sri Lanka Suitable)
• G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification
• Certificate in hospitality or barista training.
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in a café/restaurant (
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Good communication skills in English (Tamil/Sinhala is an added advantage)
• Friendly personality with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Good personal hygiene and grooming standards
