Lall Breads is a bakery in Moratuwa producing high quality European breads. You will learn how to make sourdough breads, french baguette and brioche, bagels, focaccia and croissants.
Job profile: assist team with all aspects of making bread. This includes sourcing ingredients, measuring, mixing, baking and storing of bread products.
Duration : 5 days a week from 8am to 6pm.
Work experience: minimum 1 year experience working in a bakery.
Pay: Basic salary is 35,000. Negotiable depending on experience and expertise.
