Job Vacancy: Baker
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in baking a variety of products and a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a range of products including breads, buns, cakes, pastries, and other baked items
Follow standardized recipes and maintain consistent quality
Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
Manage daily baking schedules and meet production targets
Monitor ingredient quality and report stock requirements
Maintain cleanliness of baking equipment and work areas
Assist in developing new bakery items when required
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role
Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if required
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of food safety standards
