ASSOCIATE TELESALES - CALL CENTER
We at ikman are looking for enthusiastic, young talents to join our team of over 200 employees.
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Has passed G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L examinations
Possesses prior Call Center or Customer Care experience (an added advantage)
Is target-oriented and a strong team player
Is willing to work on a roster, 5 days a week (including weekends)

Below 25 years of age
Has excellent communication (bi/tri-lingual) and interpersonal skills

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls
Promote ikman products and services to customers
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Provide excellent customer service and support
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to achieve team targets

Full-time permanent position
