Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Associate-Operation & Risk positions to ensure that company operations comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, disciplined, and capable of working in a rotational shift environment in a full-time onsite role.

Working Hours & Shifts
• 5 days per week
• 9 hours per day
• Rotational shift basis (monthly rotation)
• Compulsory to work all three shifts:
• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Mid Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (next day)
Weekends off are not provided. Weekly off-days will be on weekdays only.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and report potential risks.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports.

Requirements
• Completed A/L in Commerce, Technology, Biology, or Mathematics stream.
• Diploma in Basic IT (especially MS Office / Office Package).
• Fluent in English and Sinhala (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a shift-based, onsite environment.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
