# 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ 🔹 Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels
【~】✪ 🔹 Inspect deliveries and ensure proper storage and timely material dispatch
【~】✪ 🔹 Assist with stock counts and resolve discrepancies
【~】✪ 🔹 (o-ordinate with supply chain for fuel and material availability
【~】✪ 🔹 Process invoices and support basic accounting and financial tasks
【~】✪ 🔹 Prepare reports on inventory, fuel usage, and goods movement
【~】✪ 🔹 Ensure workplace organization (5S) and follow safety procedures
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ 🔹Diploma in Stores Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
【~】✪ 🔹Minimum 2-1 years of experience in inventory management
【~】✪ 🔹Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word & Excel and basic ERP systems
【~】✪ 🔹Knowledge of inventory management software
【~】✪ 🔹Experience with banking procedures and invoice processing
【~】✪ 🔹Basic understanding of accounting tasks
【~】✪ 🔹Knowledge of manufacturing engineering products and materials management is an advantage
