Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Outlet Manager in the daily operations of the supermarket
• Supervise and guide store staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and product displays
• Ensure proper inventory control and minimize wastage
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Support sales targets and operational efficiency of the outlet
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supermarket or retail operations
• Experience in team supervision or store management is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good knowledge of merchandising and inventory management
