Key Responsibilities

⭕ Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets

⭕ Develop and execute sales strategies for land plots and residential projects

⭕ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners

⭕ Monitor sales performance and report to senior management

⭕ Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation efforts

💰 Salary: Negotiable, based
