What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university
5–7 years of HR experience with exposure to manufacturing/industrial environments
2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial HR role
Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR compliance
Experience managing blue-collar and shift based workforces
Strong stakeholder management skills with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams
Hands-on experience in HRIS, HR analytics, and reporting
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision making abilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations within the manufacturing function
Ensure labour law compliance and effective HR processes
Handle workforce planning, employee relations, attendance, and disciplinary matters
Partner with operational teams to achieve business goals
Drive HR improvements, reporting, analytics, and employee engagement initiatives
Lead and develop the HR operations team
