Duties and Responsibilities:
Membership & Bulk Revenues Finalisation & Reconciliation
Updating Revenue Reconciliations in Saltside Template & Workings in Google Folder
Finance incentive calculation and assigning special tasks
Bank statement uploading & reconciliation in Xero
Monitoring expenses & maintaining the projected cash balance along with the remittances
Checking the payment vouchers for accuracy when raising cheque payments
Checking the payment vouchers for accuracy when processing online payments & transfers
Resolving issues and supervising subordinates’ work
Assist with ad hoc Finance related tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting or fully qualifications in CA or CMA / ACCA or CIMA
5 to 7 years of experience in Finance
Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft office and experience with standard accounting software packages
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization ability
