✅ Educational Qualifications
• Diploma / Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR qualification (e.g., PQHRM / CIPM / CHRM) will be considered an added advantage
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email communication

✅ Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource Management or a similar role
• Prior experience in a retail or showroom environment will be highly advantageous
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, attendance and leave management, employee record maintenance, and HR coordination
• Basic knowledge of employee relations and disciplinary procedures
