Position: Accounts Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time (Pannipitiya – Accommodation Available)
Working Hours: 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM
Salary: LKR 50,000 – 100,000 (Based on experience)
REQUIREMENTS
• Valid driving license is mandatory
• Completion of G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations
• Diploma or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Fluent in English and Sinhala (reading, writing, and speaking)
JOB ROLE
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle-related transactions (bookkeeping)
• Prepare and organize files containing vehicle prices, sales details, and related information
• Coordinate with banks and assist with banking-related tasks and documentation
• Visit banks when required to handle company transactions and processes
• Handle calls from interested buyers
• Effectively coordinate with customers
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional and polite communication (phone and email)
• Ability to prepare invoices, financial statements, and reports
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to type letters and reports efficiently
