Join a leading manufacturing organization specializing in **uPVC & PE products, electrical switches, and accessories**. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to strengthen our Finance team.

📌 Role Overview

The Assistant Accountant will support the Finance team by handling key accounting and reporting functions. The role ensures compliance with **LKAS standards , accuracy in financial reporting, and timely delivery of information to support management decisions.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and oversee bank reconciliations on time.

- Review monthly management accounts and assist in financial reporting.

- Compile quarterly interim financial statements in compliance with LKAS.

- Validate journal entries to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.

- Assist in internal/external audits and reconciliations.

- Support effective working capital management (receivables, payables, cash flow).

🎯 Candidate Profile

- Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka and a Degree in Accounting/Finance.

- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, sales, or marketing.

- Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- High IT literacy with excellent **Microsoft Excel** proficiency.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Candidates **below 35 years** are encouraged to apply.
