Job description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 1-4 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role, ideal for professionals with strong residential design experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings for residential projects
Prepare and review construction documentation, including plans, elevations, and sections
Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure project accuracy and compliance
Produce plumbing and electrical drawings where required
Create 3D models and renderings for client presentations
Ensure designs comply with relevant Australian and New Zealand building standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
1-4 years of professional experience in architectural design
Experience with Australian and New Zealand residential projects (highly preferred)
Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical drawings
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
