【~】✪ Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field
【~】✪ 1–3 years' experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
【~】✪ Valid riding license and own motorbike
【~】✪ Excellent communication and farmer engagement skills
【~】✪ Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
【~】✪ Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets
【~】✪ Willingness to travel frequently for field support
【~】✪ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
【~】✪ Ability to work effectively in a team
