Key Responsibilities:
*Handle general office administration and clerical duties
*Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
*Maintain office files, records, and documentation
*Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
*Assist management with administrative support as required
*Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
*Male candidate
*Previous experience in office administration is an advantage
*Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
*Well-organized, punctual, and responsible
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: Negotiable
