
About the Role
Decant Services Pvt Ltd is a growing fragrance brand specializing in perfume decanting and
authentic international fragrances. We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive
Admin & HR Executive to support daily administrative and human resource operations while
ensuring smooth internal coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male candidates aged between 21–30 years are preferred.
- Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L in the Commerce stream.
- Following a Business Management or related field qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or related field.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added
advantage.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Purchase necessary materials and other relevant items required for business operations.
- Handle GRN processing, stock management, and system updates.
- Coordinate employee recruitment, onboarding, and payroll preparation activities.
- Process administrative payments, including staff salaries, supplier payments, and other
business-related payments promptly.
- Conduct physical stock counts at outlets.
- Coordinate and supervise staff and daily outlet activities.
- Perform data entry, basic calculations, and maintain accurate records.
