Candidate Requirements
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role.
-Excellent typing and documentation skills.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email
-Well-organized with strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
-Maintain proper filing systems and office records.
-Type and prepare letters, reports, and other documents
-Coordinate with clients and internal departments.
-Handle renewal of service and maintenance contracts;
-Follow up on elevator maintenance schedules.
-Provide general administrative and clerical support.
