# 💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : DIVISIONAL COORDINATOR
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ You will be required to liaise with Banks & other institutions to obtain documents and co-ordinate activities of the division.
【~】✪ One of your primary functions among others would be to maintain records and documents in a systematic manner to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
【~】✪ Ensure the supplier registration process is completed for all identified institutions
【~】✪ Perform PCAs process, purchasing tender documents & couriering the documents to the suppliers on time
【~】✪ Preparation of quotations/tenders
【~】✪ Ensure the accuracy of tender division filling
【~】✪ Ensure the completion of Bid Bond process
【~】✪ Bid Preparation & execution as required by the ABDM and typing up tender results
【~】✪ Support the 5s implementation efforts by ensuring the compliance in areas under self-responsibility
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Qualification, Experience & Abilities:
【~】✪ 2 years of experience preferable (Freshers also can apply)
【~】✪ The potential candidate should be residing within Colombo city limits or Colombo suburbs
【~】✪ Should possess an excellent command of English & Sinhala (Oral & Written)
【~】✪ Computer Literacy (MS Office)
【~】✪ Ability to perform documentation work and report preparation
【~】✪ A good team player and should be able to complete work on time
【~】✪ Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
【~】✪ Ability to work long hours.
