We are currently looking for a responsible and motivated Accounts & Office Assistant to join our team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Handling daily payments and receipts
• Purchasing and supplier coordination
• Petty cash handling
• Data entry and maintaining accounts records in QuickBooks (QB)
• Working with cloud-based stock / inventory systems
• Assisting showroom sales activities
• Supporting general office administration work
Qualifications & Requirements
• AAT – 2nd Level (or currently following)
• Knowledge of MS Office Package (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience in ERP systems and QuickBooks
• Basic knowledge of accounting procedures
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Candidates living close to Beruwala will be preferred
