💼 POSITION : Accounts Executive
💠 REQUIREMENTS : | # 💠 CANDIDATE PROFILE :
【~】✪ Part / full qualification in AAT or similar qualification.
【~】✪ 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Accounts/Finance.
【~】✪ Knowledge in QuickBooks (QB) and office packages.
【~】✪ Willingness to learn, positive mindset, and ready to make change. A good team player.
💠 RESPONSIBILITIES : | # 💠 JOB PROFILE :
【~】✪ Preparing financial statements ensuring accuracy in line with set deadlines.
【~】✪ Preparing bank reconciliations, processing payments, invoicing & debtors follow up.
【~】✪ Liaise with auditors and complete the annual audits before the deadline.
【~】✪ Ensure all statutory requirements such as IRD, EPF/ETF are met and Liaise with banks.
【~】✪ Develop and provide various reports required by the management.
