We are a company engaged in import & Trading Power Tools and have an immediate vacancy for the accounts executive.
KEY DUTIES
1. Book keeping, Invoicing, liaising with banks, create and analyze financial reports, process accounts payable and receivables.
2. Ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT & other taxes.
3. Provide customer support service and assist in resolve problems in payments.
4. Tracking fixed assets cost reconciliation & preparation of balance sheet schedule.
THE CANDIDATE SHOULD
1. Experience in Accounts Executive or similar role.
2. Have excellent computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications (Especially, Excel & Word) & ability of work with ERP software will be an added advantage.
3. Have excellent communication in English.
4. Ability to work under minimum supervision.
5. Should be partly qualified in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA
