We are a national commodity supply service provider seeking a highly responsible and experienced Accounts & Administration Executive to join our Waradala, Mallawagedara Branch.
Candidate Profile
* Female candidates only
* Age above 25 years
* Preferably residing in Divulapitiya or nearby areas
* Previous experience in accounts and administration is essential
Key Responsibilities
* Handling daily cash operations and reconciliations
* Preparing management reports and summaries
* Managing attendance and leave records
* Supporting and coordinating day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
* Ensuring smooth ground-level operations through accurate follow-ups
* Working closely with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency
Reporting Line
* The selected candidate will report directly to the Director, therefore a high level of responsibility, accuracy, and confidentiality is required.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of basic accounting and administrative procedures
* Excellent organizational and reporting skills
* Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under pressure
* Capable of performing in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment
